A transfer fee never hits a club's accounts in one go. It gets spread evenly across the length of the player's contract, a process called amortization. That, plus the wages a club commits to on top, is what a signing actually costs per year. Don't know the wage or agent fee? Leave them blank, the calculator will work with what you've got.

This is a simplified model for illustration, not an accounting statement. Real deals often include add-ons, sell-on clauses, signing bonuses, and image rights payments that aren't captured here. Agent fees in particular vary a lot by deal and jurisdiction, 10% is a common ballpark, not a rule. Currency is just a label here, figures aren't converted between currencies.
